Think Aloud

Standard two: Design and Develop Digital Age Learning
Experiences and Assessments
c. Customize and personalize learning activities
to address students’ diverse learning styles,
working strategies, and abilities using digital tools
and resources
I can see myself in the future using projects like these to teach kids. It is a hands on way to learn and it is less boring for them and they are more likely to remember it in the long run. They will learn to use technology to do different projects. They can learn to use different tools like jing and power point and different websites to create fun things. They are able to personalize it and have fun with it while they are learning. If they are having a problem with a certain thing or certain section they can look up YouTube videos and websites to help them understand it better.Even though I am going to be a math teacher i can use it to help them understand certain math problems or practice with different ones or even try and teach a lesson through something like this. They can take pictures using jing to visualize the problems and then write out explanation for them.
